GLI promotes three client-service reps to new positions

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) on Thursday announced the promotion of three client-services staff to new positions. Patrick Cottingham is now Client Services Manager and Jamie Garcia and Christos Karountzos are now Senior Account Executives.

In his new role as Client Services Manager, Cottingham will leverage his passion for customer service to help clients navigate opportunities in gaming by taking full advantage of the services GLI offers to clients of all sizes. He will work closely with GLI leadership to drive sales and support the growing team of account executives and client-service coordinators, each of whom have a unique focus for success of suppliers and operators across North America.

As Senior Account Executives, Garcia and Karountzos will work closely with Cottingham, their respective account teams, and GLI’s internal engineering, mathematics, quality assurance, and other departments to help both new and existing customers meet their regulatory-compliance goals.
