GLI Group announced today that it has obtained all outstanding assets of game-tester Trisigma. The latter was described by GLI as “a leading global gaming testing, inspection, certification, and auditing laboratory servicing both online and land-based regulated gaming clients.”
Trisigma will maintain autonomy as a testing lab in coordination with GLI, which will take over back-office and operations. GLI said this would enable clients outside the Netherlands and Spain to benefit from GLI laboratories.
Esther Ballart will continue to manage both the Trisigma Geldermalsen Netherlands and Trisigma Barcelona Spain offices, according to a GLI press release. “Esther Ballart will continue as Managing Director and all Trisigma teams will continue to operate and be licensed in the jurisdictions in which they work,” said GLI CEO James Maida in a prepared statement.
Responded Otte, “While Trisigma has achieved great success independently over many years, with the GLI Group’s support, we are confident that Trisigma can access the next level with accelerated growth and strengthening its position worldwide.”
