The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is ramping up hiring efforts to add more than 6,500 employees ahead of its December opening.
The Fontainebleau will hold a five-day job fair beginning Monday to fill about 1,500 positions for its food, beverage, and nightlife operations. The five-day hiring event will be held at Vū Las Vegas’s production campus, 901 Grier Dr., south of Sunset Road.
The space will be transformed to reflect Fontainebleau’s nightlife and food-and-beverage venues, complete with mocktails. The first phase, dubbed “NightCast: A Talent Recruitment Event,” will be conducted over two days and focus on hiring for the resort’s nightlife venue.
That will be followed by “SavorCast: A Talent Recruitment Event,” with three days of hiring for food-and-beverage positions. That includes Sept. 25 and 26 for nightlife, Sept. 28 and 29 for front-of-house food and beverage, and Sept. 30 for back-of-house food and beverage.
“Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ guest experience begins with its members and as a resort, we are committed to recruiting individuals who are both passionate about luxury hospitality and eager to be a part of history,” Fontainebleau Las Vegas President Mark Tricano said in a statement.
The 67-story resort has 3,644 rooms and suites and more than 150,000 square feet of gaming space.
