DiamondRock Hospitality has announced it is increasing the size of its board to nine on January 25 by adding Stephanie Lepori, who has been with Caesars Entertainment for 30 years and is now Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer.
“We are very pleased to have Stephanie join our board,” DiamondRock CEO Jeffrey J. Donnelly said in a press release. “With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality and gaming industries, she brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, strategic growth and operational leadership to the board.”
In her time with Caesars, Lepori has contributed to Caesars’ expansion initiatives by integrating new platforms and optimizing operations after mergers. She also has played a central role in several large-scale transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. She also has managed a variety of responsibilities within the company, including accounting, compliance, risk management and human resources.
Lepori also serves as a community board member for the Truckee Meadows Boys and Girls Club and this year will take on the role of Pacific Trustee for the Boys and Girls Club of America. She also serves on the board of Renown Health and is set to chair its Audit and Compliance Committee.
Lepori’s appointment was announced only days after Caesars Entertainment announced a new partnership with Bragg Gaming. The partnership will see Caesars develop its own online casino games in combination with Bragg Gaming.
