While June saw Las Vegas Strip gaming revenue down 1%, the destination is still running ahead of June 2025, along with a 3.3% increase through the first six months of the year.
Gaming Control Board Senior Economist Shelley Newell released a detailed breakdown of gaming revenue that showed over the last 12 months all gaming markets with the exception of the North Lake Tahoe were up in gaming win.
While the Las Vegas Strip fell 1% in June, the win was still a 1% increase over June 2024.
The Strip’s games win in June of $330.3 million decreased 4.3% or $14.8 million and drop totaled $2 billion and decreased 5.2% or $111.2 million. Games hold percentage was 16.2% versus 16% last year. Baccarat win on the Strip totaled $102.7 million and was down $25.2 million or 19.7%. Volume totaled $610.7 million and was down 22.2% or $174.7 million, with high rollers busy elsewhere. Hold was 16.82% versus 16.29%.
The Strip’s slot win totaled $424.4 million and increased 1% or $4.2 million, and coin-in of $5.2 billion was up $64.9 million or 1.3%. The slot win percentage was 8.22% versus 8.24% last year.
In downtown Las Vegas, total win of $75.5 million increased 2.7% ($1.9 million). For the year, the total win is up 1.9%. Slot win totaled $51.3 million and decreased 3.1% ($1.6 million). Slot coin-in was down 3.2% ($18.4 million). Slot win percentage was 9.18% versus 9.17% last year. Game and table win totaled $24.2 million, up 17.3% ($3.6 million). Games drop increased 1.3% or $2.7 million on a hold of 11.4% versus 9.8% last year.
The North Las Vegas area’s total win of $24.7 million increased 3.4% ($803,000) and for the year total win is up 2.9%. Slot win totaled $22.1 million and increased 2.5% or $537,000. Volumes were down 2.4% or $7.1 million. Hold was 7.7% versus 7.3%.
On the Boulder Strip, total win of $89 million was up 1.9% ($1.6 million) and for the year was up 2.8%. Slot win was up 1.2% ($913,000). Slot coin-in was up 2.1% ($23.3 million). Slot hold was 7.16% versus 7.23%. Game and table win totaled $8.7 million, up 9.2% ($730,000). Games volume was up 9.7% ($5 million), while hold was 15.33% versus 15.40%.
In the balance of Clark County, total win of $154 million was down 0.6% ($913,000) and for the year is up 0.1%. Game and table win totaled $24.3 million, down 22.2% ($6.9 million). Games volume was up 12.7% ($26.3 million), while hold was 10.4% versus 15%. Slot win totaled $129.8 million and was up 4.8% or $6 million. Volumes were down 0.8% or $14.6 million. Hold was 6.8% versus 6.4%.
In Mesquite, total win of $14.6 million was up 2.7% ($382,000) and for the year was up 4.6%. Slot win was up 2.4% ($309,000). Slot coin-in was up 5.5% ($10.9 million), while hold was 6.4% versus 6.5%.
In Laughlin, total win of $38.4 million was down 4% ($1.6 million) and for the year was down 0.6%. Slot win was down 3.4% ($1.2 million). Slot coin-in was up 1.2% ($5.2 million), while the hold 8.2% versus 8.6%.
In Washoe County, total win of $107.6 million increased 17.6% ($16.1 million) and for the year is up 9.7%. Total win is the second all-time high behind July 2000 at $110.1 million.
Slot win of $90 million increased 13.1% ($10.4 million). Slot coin-in totaled $1.5 billion and was up 6.5% ($93.7 million) versus June 2025. Hold was 5.9% versus 5.5% last year. The June 2026 slot win is the all-time high with the second all-time high set in July 2025 at $86.2 million. Game and table win totaled $17.6 million up 48% ($5.7 million). Games volume was up 13.3% ($10.6 million), while hold was 19.4% versus 14.8%.
Washoe County sportsbooks were down 13.6%. Volumes were up 2.7% or $600,000 on a hold percentage of 7.8% versus 9.3% last year.
In Reno, total win of $81.6 million increased 20.3% ($13.8 million) and is up 10.4% for the year. It’s the second all-time high behind July 2000 at $83 million. The slot win was up 14.6% or $8.4 million. Volumes were up 6.8% ($70.2 million) while the hold was 5.9% versus 5.5% last year.
In Sparks, total win totaled $15.9 million and increased 16.2% ($2.2 million) and for the year win is up 10.2%. Slot win totaled $15.1 million and increased 13.6% ($1.8 million). Coin-in increased 7.8% ($20.4 million). Hold was 5.3% versus 5.1% last year.
In South Lake Tahoe, total win of $21.3 million increased 7.5% ($1.5 million) and for the year is 11.4%. Slot win increased 12.7% ($2 million). volume was down 3.4% ($7.6 million). Hold was 8.2% versus 7%.
In Elko County, total win of $32.3 million decreased 1.8% ($581,000) and for the year is up 3.1%. Slot win decreased 2.9% ($797,000). Slot coin-in increased 2.9% ($13.8 million). Slot hold was 5.7% versus 6%.
In the Carson Valley area, total win of $11.9 million increased 3.6% ($410,000) and for the year is up 3.4%. Slot win up 5.5% ($615,000). Slot coin-in was up 0.2% ($276,000). Slot hold percentage was 6.6% versus 6.3%.
