CDC Gaming is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Sieroty as Managing Editor, effective August 10, 2026.

Sieroty will set and drive CDC Gaming’s daily editorial agenda, overseeing the editing, production, curation and distribution of its news coverage. He will also coordinate journalists and contributors across North America and help develop CDC Gaming’s newsletters.

Sieroty brings extensive experience as both a reporter and editor covering the gaming industry. Before joining CDC Gaming, he spent nearly a decade as US Editor for Vixio Regulatory Intelligence, based in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for editing and reporting daily news and analysis for the subscription-based regulatory intelligence service.

He previously covered the Nevada gaming industry as a reporter with the Las Vegas Review-Journal and as a producer and reporter with Nevada Public Radio (KNPR).

“I’m excited to join CDC Gaming and work closely with its strong team of reporters. I look forward to reporting alongside them and helping shape our coverage of the ever-expanding US gaming industry,” Sieroty said.

“Chris’s depth of experience in gaming journalism, strong editorial judgment and understanding of the industry make him a great fit for this role,” said Cory Roberts, COO and Publisher of CDC Gaming. “He will play an important role as we continue to strengthen and expand CDC Gaming’s coverage across the Americas.”
