The 8th annual CEC Live Conference will take place Oct. 18-19, 2023, at Resorts Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Started by Gameacon founders Ari and Ben Fox, the goal of the gathering is to “bridge the gap between gambling and esports industries.”
In addition to esports, topics expected to be covered include technology, virtual reality, wagering, skill, and immersive experiences. The conference will also feature an examination of esports marketing’s impact on tourism, and will this year hold discussions on cryptocurrency, Web 3, NFTs, immersive experiences, augmented reality, and mixed reality.
Speakers expected to attend include Jan Jones Blackhurst, executive director of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Black Fire Leadership Initiative and a member of Caesars Entertainment Board of Directors; Entain SVP for American Regulatory Affairs and Responsible Gambling Martin Lycka; and Seth Schorr, CEO of Fifth Street Gaming.
