Due to the upcoming retirement of our long-standing Advertising Manager, CDC Gaming — North America’s leading B2B media brand for the gambling industry — is seeking a driven individual to lead advertising sales and client relationships starting September 8, 2025.
CDC Gaming, established in 2002, offers its clients marketing and promotional opportunities in industry-leading digital newsletters, a website that generates hundreds of thousands of unique hits each month, and professional video showcases created in-house that highlight clients’ products.
CDC Gaming has earned many loyal advertisers throughout the years by not only delivering above expectations but understanding clients’ needs through personal relationships – and then meeting those needs.
The candidate must be based in Las Vegas and thrive in face-to-face client interactions, strengthening existing partnerships and cultivating new relationships.
Historically this position has been commission-based, on a substantial, stable and growing revenue base, thus creating attractive compensation and offering an opportunity for a dedicated individual to grow with the company. However, we would be open to a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
Our annual calendar revolves around key industry tradeshows in April and October in San Diego and Las Vegas respectively. The candidate must also be enthusiastic about travel to three or four additional industry tradeshows annually. These offer essential sales opportunities and in-person networking.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach, ensuring every client interaction and sales opportunity is maximized. They must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, work well in a team, comfortable with a dynamic working environment, and be equally comfortable working at home or on the road.
The company has grown its revenue in recent years, and opportunities exist to further grow revenue through the introduction of new products and by expanding further beyond CDC Gaming’s traditional target market of Las Vegas.
Experience with Excel and Microsoft Teams are a plus, but not required, especially if the candidate has adjacent skills.
