Workforce training and technology provider Vector Solutions has acquired Nevada-based online gambling compliance firm ArdentSky to strengthen its position in the online gaming industry.
Since its inception in 2008, ArdentSky has been consulting with online operators such as DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetMGM, offering various gaming software products that cover gaming licensure, providing compliance services, and managing vendors and reports.
The deal arrives as global casino revenue is projected to reach US$43.3 billion by 2028 amid escalating regulatory complexity. Vector Solutions supports over 350 casinos with anti-money laundering training and workforce management tools.
