Ainsworth Game Technology has announced the appointment of Ryan Comstock as the group’s new Chief Executive Officer. In a Monday filing, Ainsworth indicated that Comstock’s appointment is “effective immediately.”
Comstock has been Acting CEO since October of 2025, having held the role of Chief Operating Officer with the group since 2018.
In the filing, the company noted that Comstock’s performance as Acting CEO over the six months has been reviewed and assessed by the board before evaluating his suitability to assume the position long-term. The group notes that his appointment was due to “his extensive knowledge across all operational areas of the Company, together with initiatives undertaken by him.”
