Rivers Casino Philadelphia is launching a paid dealer training program that covers the full cost of dealer school and pays participants $17.50 per hour during classroom training. This offering makes the venue the region’s only retail Pennsylvania casino to offer such a program, according to a PlayPennsylvania report.

Eligible applicants must be at least 18 years old. Rivers welcomes veterans, retirees, career changers, college students, and recent grads. According to PlayPennsylvania, the casino offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, immediate 401(k) vesting, tuition reimbursement, free parking, flexible scheduling, and room for advancement.

The training enables individuals with no casino experience to become table games dealers.
