Josef Wagner joined Resorts World Las Vegas in May 2025 after more than two decades leading food and beverage operations at luxury resorts in Las Vegas, across the United States and in Europe.
Not long after his arrival, the veteran hospitality executive was promoted to senior vice president of operations, expanding his responsibilities beyond dining to oversee the day-to-day operation of the $4.3 billion resort.
