The Philadelphia 76ers today announced a first-of-its kind agreement for a multi-year partnership with prediction market company Kalshi.
The 76ers are the first NBA franchise to announce an official prediction market partner, just days after the NBA announced its own partnership with both Kalshi and Polymarket, naming the companies as preferred prediction market exchanges of the league.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported the news earlier Friday.
The 76ers are the first NBA franchise to partner with a prediction market company. As part of the deal, as reported by the Inquirer, Kalshi will fund postgame SEPTA rides for 76ers fans attending Friday’s matchup against the New York Knicks.
