Pedestrian friendly Baltimore avenue to link Horseshoe Casino, stadium, Topgolf, concert hall

Developers behind South Baltimore’s burgeoning entertainment district near M&T Bank Stadium Tuesday rebranded the area, “The Walk at Warner Street.”

They intend to create a pedestrian-friendly avenue that will connect the district’s attractions: the Horseshoe Casino, M&T Stadium, Topgolf and the coming concert venue, The Paramount. Topgolf officials said the company has hired 500 people while the Paramount plans to hire 250 people…

City boosters hope the influx of venues will provide a boost to the Horseshoe Casino, which underperformed compared with Maryland Live! in Anne Arundel County and MGM National Harbor in Prince George’s County. There are also plan to build a hotel near the attractions.
