Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is currently renovating its award-winning steakhouse and rebranding the casino resort staple as Carvers on 19.

The restaurant is slated to open in late May. The remodel project, which began in March, was designed by WorthGroup Architects & Designers, based in Denver, Colorado, and is being completed by Tulsa-based Candor Building Solutions.

The 1,700-square-foot steakhouse, formerly known as McGill’s, first opened in 2004 and moved to the 19th floor of the Hard Rock Tower in 2010. Since then, the steakhouse has been named as one of Tulsa’s best and as the best in fine dining in several publications, including Tulsa World, Oklahoma Magazine, TulsaPeople Magazine and more.
