The Indigo Sky Casino and Resort and Outpost Casino announced it is notifying individuals whose personal information may have been accessed in connection with a data security incident.
Indigo Sky recently discovered unusual activity on its computer network. Upon identifying the issue, it promptly began an internal investigation, took steps to secure its systems and notified law enforcement. It also engaged a forensic security firm to investigate and confirm the security of its computer systems.
On Dec. 1, it learned that an unknown third party had acquired some documents from its system.
The documents at issue may have contained employees’ personal information, including names, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers and medical information.
