The company that owns the Saratoga Casino racino and hotel has purchased a casino and hotel operation in Natchez, Miss.

Saratoga Casino Holding LLC officially closed on the purchase of Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel on Monday.

In addition to Saratoga, the company also operates the Saratoga Casino in Black Hawk, Colo.

Those two properties combined offer over 1700 slots, table games, a harness track, a AAA Four Diamond hotel, meeting-and-event space, dining, a sportsbook, and a venue for live entertainment.

“We are excited to add Magnolia Bluffs to our family and bring our experience in hospitality to Mississippi,” said Sam Gerrity, chief executive officer for Saratoga Casino Holdings.
