ARBI Farms LLC, the firm seeking the city Planning Board’s approval to build a 41,000 square foot charitable gaming facility, a five-story parking garage and various other site improvements at 11 Tara Blvd., has been granted its request to postpone its presentation until the board’s June 25 meeting.

The request is the latest development in a proposal that, if approved, would pave the way for the Delaware North Co., which also owns the Gate City Casino on Northeastern Boulevard, to engage in a sweeping redevelopment of land off Spit Brook Road that includes the Sheraton Tara Hotel, a destination and events center for nearly 50 years.
