Keene’s zoning board on Tuesday granted waivers that would allow a casino to change locations and a theater to upgrade its marquee.

A developer’s request for more time to build on a Main Street site destroyed by fire was pushed to next month.

Keene’s sole charitable gaming facility could relocate from Emerald Street to a Key Road building that developer Dick Anagnost bought in December 2024.

Moving Revo to the plaza, which includes Toy City and Keene Cinemas, makes sense because of the nearby hotels that are good for business, said Anagnost, who bought the casino with his son in 2022.
