The Manchester Zoning Board of Adjustment has granted the developers of an expanded Revo Casino on South Willow Street more than a dozen variances related to the project.

Board members voted unanimously Thursday night to grant the requests from the Granite State Poker Alliance and Dick Anagnost.

The plans call for redeveloping three parcels to make room for an expanded 73,000-square-foot charitable gaming facility that will include two restaurants and a function room. The project is expected to be built in phases.

“In the end, we will be replacing 60- and 70-year-old structures with a brand-new, beautiful casino, and actually, it really dresses up the entryway,” said Anagnost, who owns the majority of parcels involved in the project.
