Stockman’s Casino celebrated the successful completion of a year-long building remodel at a Sept. 18 ribbon cutting.
General Manager Lou Capone said the remodel features new carpeting throughout the building, an upgraded air conditioning system and significant improvements in the back of the house, including a newly-designed kitchen. Also, over half of the slot machines on the casino floor were replaced.
Capone said the cafe was demolished and rebuilt in a more classic style. The menu was redesigned around the “greatest hits” theme like cheeseburgers and chicken fingers with additional favorites returning on rotation each season. Daily specials such as Taco Tuesday are $7.77 for Winner’s Club members, while prime rib specials have returned for weekend dining.
