Hong Kong-listed gaming investor Century Entertainment International Holdings Ltd said in a Monday announcement that one if its major shareholders, Ms Ho Tsz Ying, has transferred all of her shares in the company, with at least some of those shares received by the company’s CEO and Executive Director, Tang Ho Ka.
According to information contained within a filing, Ho transferred the entirety of her 35,980,459 shares, representing 28.05% of issued share capital, on 4 May 2026 and no longer holds any shares in the company. However, questions remain over the nature of the transfer given that Century Entertainment named Tang as transferee of the shares but at the same time said he had received 2,518,633 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.96% of the total issued share capital of the company.
