Macau recorded 3,441,396 visitor arrivals in April 2026, representing an 11.3% year-on-year increase. Among them, international visitors totaled 254,136, up 10.5% from the same month last year according to information from the Statistics and Census Service.
Visitors from the Chinese mainland increased by 13.1% year-on-year to 2,405,286 in April while visitors from the Hong Kong SAR rose 3.1% to 680,521 and from Taiwan by 32.2% to 101,453.
As for international visitors, arrivals from the Philippines grew by 19.6% to 51,544, from Thailand by 41.8% to 29,008 and from Singapore by 9.2% to 8,614. Visitors from Indonesia and Malaysia declined by 26.8% and 7.0% respectively.
Arrivals from South Korea totaled 40,603, up 9.1% year-on-year, while those from the United States grew 13.9% to 15,299.
