That five-day September sale that offered discounts on hotel rooms, restaurants, shows and attractions produced better results than a similar sale in 2025.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority on Tuesday revealed some of the results at its monthly board meeting, although the most significant result of the sale — how much visitation is increasing as a result of the sale — may never be known.
That’s because room sales and revenue totals are considered proprietary information that many Las Vegas resorts won’t share.
But LVCVA Chief Marketing Officer Kate Wik indicated the sale accomplished what it set out to do — encourage more prospective tourists to consider Las Vegas before booking travel plans.
