The Vegas Strong Fund announced it has received over $27 million in donations for the Forever One Memorial to permanently honor the survivors and victims of the Oct. 1 mass shooting.
A recent $5 million donation from Live Nation Entertainment helped push the fund over that threshold, bringing the highly awaited memorial one step closer to completion for the 10th remembrance ceremony in October 2027.
“There is so much love and healing put into this Forever 1 Memorial already, I’m sure it will surround any that enter and give them peace,” Sue Ann Cornwall, a survivor of the mass shooting and longtime advocate for the Oct. 1 community, said earlier this year.
