Rewards cards, casino memberships and perk packs are a familiar pitch at casinos across the Las Vegas Strip, downtown and in local neighborhoods, promising benefits for frequent players that can include gaming offers, hotel stays, transportation, shopping discounts and more.
But some players say those perks are getting harder to come by, even as casinos appear to be leaning more on amenities beyond the casino floor. Las Vegas casinos saw an 11% drop in gaming wins from January 2025 to January 2026.
Jacob Gallison, a points-earning member with both Boyd Gaming and Station Casinos, said it can be difficult to tell which program offers the best value.
