Harry Reid International Airport handled more than 4.1 million arriving and departing passengers in August 2026, a drop from the same month a year earlier.
The airport reported 4,149,332 total arriving and departing passengers in August 2026, compared with 4,567,908 in August 2025, a decrease of 9.16%.
Domestic travel made up the bulk of the traffic. Domestic arriving and departing passenger totals for August 2026 were listed alongside an August 2025 domestic total of 4,210,749. Year-to-date domestic passenger traffic in 2026 was 31,583,119, compared with 34,032,033 year-to-date in 2025, a decrease of 7.2%.
International travel increased year over year for the month. The airport reported 293,672 international arriving and departing passengers in August 2026, up from 282,793 in August 2025, an increase of 3.9%.
