A Dubuque casino is reporting additional employee departures.
Q Casino + Resort director of hotel operations Ken Haugen, rooms division manager Emily Baus-Nix and Lock 11 Rooftop Restaurant and Bar chef Agness Pituscanu have left the organization, officials confirmed.
Casino officials declined to comment on the departures beyond calling them confidential personnel changes.
The departures come after chief operating and financial officer Brian Rakestraw and Kathy Buhr, vice president of people, culture and continuous improvement, both resigned in recent weeks.
