A new general manager for the Golden Nugget Danville casino has been announced on the outgoing manager’s last day.
Casino officials said Thursday that Rashad Wilson will take over the role being vacated by Jahnae Erpenbach.
Wilson’s first day will be Aug. 19.
“I’m truly excited to start my next chapter in Danville. Recently coming from New Orleans, I know how important a strong sense of community is. I’m looking forward to building relationships, learning the local vibe and being part of something special here,” Wilson stated.
Officials said Wilson brings 22 years of experience in the industry and has worked with seven other casinos.
