Andy Meese has spent nearly his entire adult life inside MGM Resorts International properties.
The senior vice president and general manager of Park MGM hotel-casino started as an on-call front desk clerk at Treasure Island when he was 19. Nearly 27 years later, after stops at several Las Vegas resorts and in corporate leadership roles, Meese reached what he describes as an ultimate career goal: running one of the company’s Strip properties.
At Park MGM, Meese oversees a resort occupying a distinctive place in MGM Resorts’ Las Vegas portfolio. The roughly 3,000-room property includes The Reserve, a higher-end hotel formerly known as NoMad, sits across from T-Mobile Arena and is the Strip’s only fully smoke-free casino resort.
