The stalled Harrah’s Reno project is set to get back on track, with construction expected to restart sometime in the fall.
Major renovation work on the renamed Reno Revival project could start as early as September, according to real estate development company Ahlquist, the master developer on behalf of new majority owner Madison Capital Group.
“That’s the target date,” said Tommy Ahlquist, president and CEO of Boise-based Ahlquist, on Wednesday afternoon at the site.
“There’s still some (demolition) work to be done so some of the stuff will happen quietly behind closed doors before you see some things going on the outside.”
