Erica Fryer was working when a suspect, identified by the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office as 39-year-old Daniel Birdseye, walked up to where she was working.

“I turned around to relook and the guy was standing there next to me with a gun, and he goes, ‘Open the f****** drawers now. I’m not playing,’” Fryer said.

She said after seeing the gun, she opened the drawer and Birdseye hit their registers. Fryer said the 39-year-old had a bag that he was stuffing money into.
