Seminole Classic Casino has opened a new dining venue, Street Tacos, located within the EatStreet food pavilion. The launch was marked by an opening event that included a live performance by DJ Laz and appearances by guests and content creators including Scott Richter, Mr. and Mrs. Eats, and MaxEats.
Street Tacos is a fast-casual concept focused on tacos and bowl-style dishes, with menu offerings influenced by Latin and South Florida flavors. The concept and menu were developed by the casino’s executive chef, Cristina Lane.
“The response from guests has been incredible,” said Jason Stephens, Director of Food & Beverage at Seminole Classic Casino.
