Emeril Lagasse is set to open Emeril’s Brasserie, a French-inspired restaurant, in late 2023 at Caesars New Orleans. The project is part of the property’s multimillion-dollar transformation from Harrah’s New Orleans to Caesars. Both brands are owned by Caesars Entertainment, the country’s largest casino entertainment company. The original price tag for the renovation and expansion is more than $300 million. The builders are Ryan Gootee General Contractors in collaboration with AECOM Tishman.
“To introduce a restaurant concept by local favorite Emeril Lagasse and have this be his first with our company is truly such an honor,” said Samir Mowad, SVP and general manager of Harrah’s New Orleans, in a press release.
