Legal mobile sports betting is officially available in Delaware, with BetRivers’ mobile sportsbook going live in the state Wednesday. The betting app is available to iOS and Android customers.
Delaware became the first state following the repeal of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act to go live with legal sports betting, but mobile wagering wasn’t allowed until this week. Delaware’s legal retail sports betting market went live in June of 2018.
Delaware becomes the 29th state to launch digital sports betting since the repeal of PASPA.
Rush Street Interactive became the Delaware State Lottery’s official vendor for online gaming in August of 2023. BetRivers is the only operational legal sports betting app in Delaware.
