Residents who live in the Historic Westside shared their input on the proposed project that would make a way to build a casino and hotel in their community.

Several changes to the proposed project were discussed, including the name, the building’s height, the theatre size, and additional amenities.
The project was initially proposed under the name ‘Harlem Nights’ but has since changed to ‘Westside Hotel.’ Under the proposed ‘Westside Hotel,’ the new plan calls to reduce the size of the theatre from nine stories tall to three stories tall.
