The dynamic stage production Awakening will have its last show on October 10, according to sources at Wynn Las Vegas.
The show has occupied Wynn’s 1,600-seat theater-in-the-round since 2022. When the show opened, it employed 60 cast members and over 100 crew, and was hailed for its high-tech moving stage, stunts, costumes and puppetry.
Wynn confirmed in a statement the resort is preparing “a new production for the theater.”
“We are immensely grateful to the talented producers, cast, crew and creative team whose passion, artistry and dedication brought the show to life night after night. Their work created something special, and we are proud of all that the cast and crew achieved during its run…” said a statement from Wynn.
