Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa announced Sept. 2 plans to reimagine the Borgata Tower, introducing what it calls “a refreshed experience” across all guestrooms and suites, guestroom corridors and the tower’s main lobby, known as The Living Room.
The $107 million project is scheduled to begin Sept. 13, with newly renovated guestrooms becoming available on a floor-by-floor basis beginning in October 2026.
Designed by longtime collaborator of Borgata, Avenue Interior Design, which also worked on the tower’s previous design, the recent remodel of MGM Tower and transformation of B Bar, the new design will introduce what Borgata calls “a warmer, more contemporary take” on the resort.
