Organizers are speaking out after norovirus cases mid-way through their convention in Tucson led to an unhappy response.
The 13th annual Wild Wild West Steampunk Convention was held this past weekend at Casino Del Sol, and organizers said the casino’s response is ensuring the event isn’t going to happen there again.
The convention and its hundred vendors were ready for a big celebration.
“We have all sorts of different types of entertainers and people to share with our steampunk community,” said organizer Jason Drotman.
