Sportsbook software provider Altenar Technologies has reportedly filed antitrust complaints against sports technology company Sportradar Group with the European Commission and the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority.

According to Reuters, Altenar alleges that the company is restricting access to live official sports data and betting odds.

Sportradar holds exclusive data agreements with major sporting organizations, such as the MLB, NBA, NHL and ATP, granting it the rights to collect and distribute official sports data and provide live betting odds based on that information.

Altenar claims that Sportradar is using its position to disadvantage rival suppliers and has called on regulators to ensure that sportsbooks across Europe and the UK have access to competing providers.
