Affinity Interactive announced Sunday the completion of the transition of Primm Valley Casino Resorts to Terrible Herbst.
The transition was carried out by Affinity’s subsidiary, The Primadonna Company, LLC. The company said the move allows Affinity to remain focused on its long-term strategic priorities across its portfolio of assets.
Affinity acknowledged the guidance of the Nevada Gaming Control Board throughout the transition process. The company also extended appreciation to the Herbst family as they take over the Primm properties.
