Bally’s Atlantic City Monday announced the opening of Park Place Prime, a steakhouse that pays homage to Bally’s Park Place, the original name of the casino that opened in 1970.
The new restaurant will showcase gourmet cuisine including a selection of hand-cut prime steaks, from prime ribeye to tender filet mignon au poivre. In addition to steaks, the restaurant also offers a variety of seafood options, notably whole Maine lobsters and Ahi tuna.
“We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Park Place Prime, a name that not only pays homage to the illustrious past of Bally’s Atlantic City but also brings back the familiar and significant namesake, Bally’s Park Place,” said Bally’s Atlantic City General Manager Michael Monty. “We invite guests to join us for an unforgettable dining experience that combines exceptional cuisine with a nostalgic atmosphere.”
The restaurant’s bar and lounge area will offer signature Manhattans, espresso martinis, smoked old fashioneds, and a robust wine list. Happy hours with discounted beverages will be held daily from 4–6 p.m., with a menu including oysters on the half shell, shrimp ceviche, shrimp cocktail, tuna crudo, calamari, Nueske’s butcher cut bacon, Kobe beef and crab cake sliders, truffle fries, and mozzarella arancini.
A renovation is underway in Park Place Prime’s dining room, with a new theme that combines “classic steakhouse design with elegant and contemporary finishes achieved through the use of rich, dark wood that exudes warmth and sophistication,” according to a release. Fixtures will include brass accents and a custom-made crystal chandelier.
