JCM Global announced Wednesday the installation of its ICB Intelligent Cash Box system on each of the 1,150 slot and video poker games at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel and Casino in Phoenix, Arizona. According to a news release, ICB provides casinos with faster, more efficient, and more accurate drops because it is proven to eliminate seven common points of human error throughout the process.
The installation is the latest development in a long-term relationship between JCM and Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel and Casino, where the property’s EGMs are exclusively protected by JCM’s iVIZION bill validator.
“Harrah’s Ak-Chin’s casino floor has more slot machines, more tables, and now has more efficiency and accuracy with the ICB system,” JCM Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak said in statement. “Operators of all sizes across the U.S. are reaping the many financial and logistical benefits of ICB, and we are thrilled to bring this advanced technology to Harrah’s Ak-Chin.”
