LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) – Can’t make it to the Kentucky Derby this year but you want to watch the race or make a bet? A new mobile phone app will put that in the palm of your hand.
TwinSpires.com, owned by Churchill Downs Inc., says the app is available in the Apple Store, allowing customers to place wagers, watch live races, read handicapping information, stream replays and more.
In addition to the May 2 Derby, betting is also available from the app for the Preakness Stakes, the Belmont Stakes, the Breeders’ Cup and other races.
