BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) – The Louisiana Lottery Corp. says a Powerball ticket sold in Louisiana is worth $50,000, but that game is among three big weekend lotteries where jackpots are going up because nobody won the top prize.
According to its summary of winning numbers, Wednesday’s estimated jackpots rise to $160,000 for Easy 5, $375,000 for Lotto and $157 million for the Powerball.
The $50,000 Powerball ticket matches four numbers plus the Powerball. The next-most-valuable tickets sold in Louisiana for Saturday’s drawings were 16 Lotto tickets matching five of six numbers. Each is worth $1,538.
Winning numbers drawn Saturday:
-Easy 5: 20-24-25-27-30
(twenty, twenty-four, twenty-five, twenty-seven, thirty)
-Lotto: 08-11-12-22-23-26
