Zitro Vice President Manuela Jiménez this week announced her retirement after nearly 18 years with the company, and more than 50 years in the gaming industry. A news release said her career is marked by “expertise, commitment, and genuine passion for the sector.”
Since joining Zitro in 2009, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s position as one of the leading global suppliers in the industry.
“Manuela has been with me since we started this venture, and I honestly can’t imagine Zitro without her,” Zitro Founder Johnny Ortiz said in a statement. “She’s put her heart into this company every single day. Her experience, judgment, and ability to connect with people are qualities that cannot be replaced. We’re going to miss her tremendously.”
Albert Zorrilla, who has served as General Manager for Zitro in Spain for the past year, has worked closely with Jimenez and will continue to lead the company’s Spanish operations.
“I’ve watched this company grow from the very beginning, and being part of the Zitro family has been absolutely rewarding,” said Jiménez. “As I say farewell, I do so with immense pride in what we’ve accomplished, knowing Zitro is in excellent hands.”
