Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Washington, has named Chris Casella General Manager of Slahal Steakhouse. Casella, with more than two decades of hospitality leadership, will oversee restaurant operations, building on Slahal’s reputation for cuisine and hospitality.
On the 11th floor of the Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel Tacoma, Slahal Steakhouse features hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, handcrafted cocktails and an extensive wine program, complemented by panoramic views of Tacoma, Commencement Bay, Mount Tahoma, and the Olympic Mountains.
