The dedicated U.S. market track takes place on the third day of the event, – Thursday September 10. It begins with Understanding & Reaching North American Players, which will evaluate the role of affiliates as regulated sports betting spreads across the country.

The panel features experts from two sports betting affiliates: Todd Kobrin (CEO, Oddsium) and Max Bichsel (VP of US Sales, Gambling.com Group), along with Josh Swissman (Founding Partner, The Strategy Organisation) and moderator Robert Davidman (Partner, Slapshot Media).

Attention will then turn to the key issue shaping the opportunities available to operators, when the USA – A Regulatory Patchwork session examines the differing regulatory regimes that individual states are implementing.

Steve Ruddock (Editor-in-Chief, Gaming Law Review) will chair the expert panel, which includes Senator William Coley (President, NCLGS), Robert Russell (Gaming Analyst, RMC Legal), Becca Giden (Senior Analyst, Eilers & Krejcik Gaming), Bill Pascrell III (Partner, Princeton Public Affairs Group & Trustee, GVC Global Foundation), and George Rover (Managing Partner, Princeton Global Strategies).

As more states have regulated and markets have become more established, the level of investor interest in the sports betting industry has grown, and that is the subject of the track’s next panel. Gambling Gold Rush – Investment in the US will see specialists from the financial world take an in-depth look at recent deals and debate whether a trend for American sports betting companies going public is likely to develop.

The panel features Marek Smrha (Investments Manager, Penta Investments), Daniel Politzer (VP, Equity Research. JP Morgan), Greg Carlin (CEO, Rush Street Gaming), and moderator Anton Kaszubowski (Director, GreenLaw Limited).

Rounding out the day’s content is an examination of The Future of Sports Betting, as an expert panel tries to predict which operators will emerge as market leaders, what product innovations players can expect, and how wagering may influence the fan experience.

The speakers include Richard Schwartz (President, Rush Street Interactive), Andrew Zarnett (Managing Director, Jefferies LLC), and David Isaacson (VP, Spectrum Gaming Capital), with Lloyd Danzig (Founder, Sharp Alpha Advisors) in the moderator’s chair.
