The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) has announced the rollout of a new loyalty program for players at their casinos. Called SIGA Rewards, the new program comes into effect after SIGA did an analysis of what they were offering players.
“We listened to player feedback in terms of what they wanted for a loyalty rewards program and we overhauled our longstanding program with a revamped tier structure and curated rewards that would most resonate with our players,” said SIGA President & CEO Zane Hansen.
SIGA, which launched in 1996, operates seven casinos in the province and the online-gaming website PlayNow.com, the only legally operated online-gaming and sports-betting site in Saskatchewan.
SIGA Rewards has introduced a new four-tiered benefits structure: Emerald, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels. Members build up rewards and offers as they progress through the program.
The SIGA Rewards mobile app is coming soon, as well as a new website, for added convenience for players. The app will allow players to check on their tier status and benefit from tailored offers sent to mobile devices.
“This program is designed to enhance the already enjoyable SIGA experience by offering personalized rewards and recognition for our member’s loyalty,” said Thy Prak, VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy at SIGA.
SIGA Casinos will be hosting events and activities through October and November to celebrate the launch of the new rewards program. Those include live entertainment, cash giveaways, and prize drawings.
Players with existing loyalty cards are automatically part of the new program, which went live yesterday. New players can sign up at the casino Reward Desk.
SIGA casinos include Dakota Dunes Resort & Casino on Whitecap Dakota First Nation near Saskatoon, the Northern Lights Casino on the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation in Prince Albert, Gold Eagle Casino on the Mosquito First Nation in North Battleford, Living Sky Casino on the Nekaneet First Nation in Swift Current, the Painted Hand Casino on the Kahkewistahaw First Nation in Yorkton, the Bear Claw Casino on the White Bear First Nations near Carlyle and Gold Horse Casino on Little Pine Cree Nation in Lloydminster.
