Rush Street Gaming Monday announced that two long-tenured executives will have new positions within the company. Bill Keena is now chief operating officer and Marc Arndt chief financial officer.
Both appointments are subject to approval from jurisdictional gaming boards.

We’re delighted they’ve accepted these exciting new roles.”
Keena joined Rush Street in 2011 as general manager of Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois. He most recently served as general manager of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, where he successfully navigated pandemic shutdowns and oversaw the construction of the property’s new hotel, slated to open this year.
Keena, who has worked in the gaming industry for 35 years, has worked as general manager for Harrah’s Laughlin in Nevada and Harrah’s St. Louis and was a regional president for Harrah’s.

Arndt was the first Rush Street team member to join Rivers Casino in Des Plaines prior to its opening in 2011. He was instrumental in hiring team members, contract negotiations, and project management at the Illinois property. Arndt currently oversees and manages financial functions for Rush Street land-based casinos and their affiliates.
